What's Cookin' in Mama Jan's Kitchen?: How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By YOU!

I love to cook. I grew up in the kitchen watching and helping my mom. When I moved out on my own, I took the skills (and recipes) she taught me. Somewhere along the way, I discovered the endless cooking possibilities the internet offered and began trying new things. Thankfully I married a man who likes to eat and likes to try new things too (as long as they don't contain mustard...). We are always eating something new- my mom even asked me if we "ever eat the same thing twice." We do! But if it's not posted here, I often forget where I placed the recipes....

I started this blog because people were always asking me for my recipes and I must confess they aren't "my" recipes. I'm really no good at making things up but I'm pretty good at seeking out the decent recipes! And I always try to give credit where credit is due. This is a central place to share the recipes I've enjoyed - and to keep me from misplacing the good ones!
