I currently do not have the pleasure of owning any Le Creuset, but I am hopeful to own at least one piece in my lifetime. I would love for this burst of Sunshine to be my first! I would cherish it forever and pass it on to my daughters in their hope chest.

My favorite warm weather/spring dish? HMM. That's a tough one.
I love to grill burgers in warm weather, with fresh slices of german johnson tomatoes from the garden, lettuce from the garden with a side of potato salad. That just screams spring to me because I can never wait for the first pretty day to break out the charcoal!

My favorite warm/spring-weather dish to cook is a pearled barley salad with mozzarella, tomatos and balsamic vinegar. You chill it and it's so tasty!! I prepare it ahead of time and we always have it Sunday afternoons after churh!

I do own one Le Creuset pot! A wonderful red oval dutch oven! I use it for everything. If I knew then what I know now, I would have registered for a few of them when I got married!
It is so funny! You can tell when the weather is changing because my menu changes drastically! No more soups and casseroles (well not as many) it's on to the salads and sandwhiches and all things grilled. I have a few faves. Tomorrow night we will be having Black and Blue Spinach Salad (steak, blue cheese, candied nuts, fruits & veggies, and spinach with a light homemade vinaigrette dressing)! Welcome spring! Even if you are still a bit cold and wet!
