A family favorite Christmas morning tradition
1/4 pound cheddar cheese, finely grated
1/4 cup half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 7 1/2 x 11-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese into the pan and dot with bits of butter. Break 6 eggs, one at a time, over the cheese - keep them in their own space. Stir the dry mustard into the cream and pour over the eggs. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the whites are set.
